It depends on your agreement with the creator. Typically, partnerships include Instagram posts and reels, TikTok videos, YouTube vlogs, and high-resolution photos you can use in your property listings. All deliverables are defined upfront so there are no surprises.

Listing your property on ParaVista is completely free. We charge a simple 10% service fee on all bookings. When a booking is driven by a creator, we pay them a 2.5% referral commission out of our fee — at no extra cost to you. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no hidden charges.

Creators verify ownership of their social accounts via OAuth (direct login through Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). We then run an AI-powered content analysis to evaluate quality and engagement. Finally, our team manually reviews each creator before they can send partnership requests.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When a partnership involves cash compensation, the funds are held in escrow until all content deliverables are submitted and approved by the host. This protects both parties throughout the process.

Yes! ParaVista is also a full booking platform. Guests can browse and book properties directly, just like any other vacation rental site. All guests go through identity verification for host safety, and payments are handled securely through Stripe.

You can request revisions before approving any deliverables. Funds remain safely held in escrow until you are satisfied with the content. The partnership agreement defines clear expectations for both parties, and our support team is available to help mediate if needed.

Every creator gets a unique referral link for each property they partner with. When a guest books through that link, the creator earns at least 2.5% of the booking total — guaranteed and funded by ParaVista, not the host. Hosts can offer a higher commission rate if they choose, but the 2.5% floor is always covered by the platform. Commissions are tracked automatically and paid out weekly via Stripe.
