The full lifecycle of a host-creator partnership on ParaVista.
A partnership is a collaboration between a host and a creator. The host provides a stay (and optionally cash payment or commissions), and the creator produces content to promote the property.
Request & Negotiation
Either party can initiate a partnership. The initiator proposes dates, compensation type (free stay, payment, commission, or a mix), and deliverables. The other party can accept, counter-offer, or decline.
Confirmation & Agreement
Once both parties agree on terms, the partnership is confirmed and a digital agreement is generated. Both parties review and sign. If the partnership includes cash compensation, the host's payment is held in escrow.
Content Creation & Delivery
The creator stays at the property and produces the agreed-upon content. Each deliverable (Instagram post, TikTok video, photos, etc.) is submitted through the platform for the host to review and approve.
Completion & Payment
Once all deliverables are approved, escrow funds are released to the creator and both parties can leave reviews. A referral link is automatically created so the creator can continue earning commissions on future bookings.
