ParaVista Stays is a two-sided marketplace connecting vacation rental hosts with influencers and content creators. Hosts offer complimentary stays, cash payments, commissions, or a combination in exchange for social media promotion and reusable marketing content like photos, videos, and reviews.
For Hosts
List your property for free, set your preferred compensation type, and browse verified creators who match your target audience. When a partnership is confirmed, the creator stays at your property and produces professional content you can use in your own marketing. You can also accept direct guest bookings through the platform.
For Creators
Sign up, connect your social accounts, and get verified. Once approved, browse available properties, send partnership requests, and negotiate terms directly with hosts. Every creator earns at least 2.5% commission on bookings driven by their referral links — guaranteed and funded by ParaVista.
For Guests
Browse creator-featured properties with authentic photos and reviews. Book directly on the platform with secure payments via Stripe. All guests go through identity verification for host safety.
