If you encounter a problem or safety concern, contact our support team immediately.

How to Report

Email hello@paravista.com with a description of the issue and any relevant booking or partnership IDs. For urgent safety concerns, include "URGENT" in the subject line. You can also submit a support ticket through the platform for non-urgent issues.

What Happens Next

Our support team reviews all reports within 24 hours (urgent reports sooner). We may contact you for additional information. Actions can include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account removal depending on the severity of the violation.
