Escrow Payments
How escrow protects both hosts and creators during partnerships.
When a partnership includes cash compensation, the payment is held in escrow to protect both parties.
How Escrow Works
The host pays the agreed amount when the partnership is confirmed. The funds are held securely by Stripe — neither party can access them until deliverables are approved. A 10% platform fee is deducted when funds are released.
Release Conditions
Escrow funds are released when all required deliverables have been submitted and approved by the host. In case of disputes, our support team can mediate and, if necessary, an admin can release or refund the escrow.
Refunds
If a partnership is cancelled before deliverables are submitted, the escrow is fully refunded to the host (minus the platform fee already collected). Partial refunds may apply if some deliverables were completed.
