Every booking on ParaVista includes a $15 damage protection fee powered by Truvi Protection Pro. This covers accidental damage during your stay.
Coverage Levels
Coverage depends on your verification status: Approved guests receive up to $5 million in coverage, Flagged guests receive up to $10,000, and Rejected guests are not eligible for bookings.
Filing a Claim
Hosts can file a damage claim within 72 hours of checkout. Claims are reviewed by Truvi and resolved directly — no back-and-forth between host and guest.
