Cancellation Policies
Understanding cancellation options and refund timelines.
Each property has a cancellation policy set by the host. Review the policy on the property listing page before booking.
Common Policies
Flexible: Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. Moderate: Full refund up to 5 days before check-in. Strict: 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in, no refund after that. The specific policy is always displayed on the booking confirmation page.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, go to your Bookings page in the dashboard, select the booking, and click Cancel. The refund amount depends on the property's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
