How refunds work for cancelled bookings and disputes.
Refunds are processed automatically when a booking is cancelled according to the property's cancellation policy.
Full vs. Partial Refunds
Depending on when you cancel and the property's policy, you may receive a full or partial refund. The refund amount is shown on the cancellation confirmation screen before you confirm.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed immediately through Stripe. However, it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was calculated incorrectly, contact our support team by emailing hello@paravista.com or submitting a support ticket through the platform.
